I was a little hesitant in ordering at first because I had not heard of this company before but was extremely impressed with the handling of the product, it's packaging and overall all quality! We'd previously purchased all hardware for our other bathrooms from a local known company & after seeing the quality of this piece I'm kicking myself for not having found this site earlier. I'm already logging on to make my 2nd order for all our shower hardware!
